Fast Processing & Delivery
Onboarding starts promptly once access is available. The one-month service period begins on the confirmed start date. Completed maintenance results are shared when each task is finished; support is provided within the purchased period and allowance.
What’s Not Included
A website rebuild, new features, extensive content entry, malware removal, paid licenses, hosting charges, and work exceeding the one-hour support allowance are excluded. Continuous monitoring and a guaranteed emergency response time are not included.
Important Details
This is a one-time purchase for one month, not an automatically renewing subscription. The support allowance expires at the end of the service period and does not roll over. Additional work requires a separate approved quote. Backup checks do not include a full disaster-recovery test.
All customer-facing reports, summaries, and handover notes are provided in English.
Hosting, domains, paid licenses, and third-party fees are excluded unless expressly included in a separate approved quote.
